A development of 95 dwellings in a semi-rural environment with extensive landscaping, open green space and internal roads and footpaths. A number of dwellings incorporate front gardens. Car parking, was created to the sides and not in front of the dwellings, making vehicles less prominent and creating visual separation between the built forms. Peripheral trees along the boundary remained and the Grade II listed Malthouse Farm and granary was preserved as the main visible frontage to the site.
