A charming and easy on the eye village-style development, WhiteSand sits between a nature reserve and one of the UK’s most famous beaches, Camber Sands. The 181 homes, a mixture of two, three and four bedrooms, were designed to emulate that of a New England beach house using clapboard in seaside hues and brick. Gardens were designed with white picket fencing for a fresh coastal feel.
